Privacy Notice
Effective September 24, 2026
Frontline Fathers is operated by Bad Ass Enterprises, LLC. This notice explains how we handle information submitted through thefrontlinefathers.com, our Founding 12 inquiry form, and registration for the Reformation Rally. For privacy questions, contact [email protected] or write to 3384 N Belmont Mine Pl, Tucson, AZ 85745.
Information we collect
When you submit an inquiry or register for an event, we collect information you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number if requested or supplied, ticket or inquiry details, and messages to us. We receive transaction status and limited payment details from our payment processor; full payment-card numbers are processed through the checkout provider rather than our website forms. Our website and service providers may collect device, browser, IP address, page-visit, and similar usage information through cookies or comparable technologies.
How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries; process registrations and payments; provide access to events or programs; create event recordings, replays, and visual marketing excerpts; send receipts, joining instructions, schedule changes, and other service messages; prevent fraud and protect our systems; maintain records; comply with law; and, where permitted, send Frontline Fathers updates or offers. You can opt out of marketing email using the unsubscribe link in that email. Opting out of marketing does not stop necessary transaction or event-service messages.
Sharing
We share information with providers that help operate our website, customer-management system, email, payments, ticketing, and video events. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transfer. Recordings or visual excerpts may be shared publicly or through our marketing channels. Third-party links and video services are governed by their own privacy notices.
Retention and security
We keep inquiry, registration, and transaction information as reasonably needed for service, accounting, tax, legal, dispute-resolution, and security purposes. Event recordings and excerpts may be retained indefinitely for archival, replay, and promotional use, without a fixed deletion date. We review access and continued use as our needs and legal obligations change. We use reasonable safeguards, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
Your choices and requests
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information we hold about you by emailing [email protected]. We will review requests and respond as applicable law requires; some records may need to be retained, and recordings already shared may not be fully retractable. You may manage cookies through your browser and any controls we provide. Additional rights may apply depending on where you live.
Children and changes
The website and Rally are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. We may update this notice by posting a revised version with a new effective date and providing additional notice when required by law.
