BUILT IN THE GAP
This was not built overnight.
Long before Frontline Fathers had a name—and for more than half of those years before I had children of my own—I spent more than 22 years serving in youth and men's ministry, standing with thousands of children and hundreds of families. I heard the call to stand in the gap and kept showing up.
That work taught me what is at stake when fathers lead—and what children carry when fathers do not.
Later, I trained and coached at every level inside one of the most recognized men's performance-coaching environments, learning systems for accountability, standards, execution, expanded capacity, and results. I combined what I learned in both worlds with the realities of fatherhood to build a system where the family home is the primary beneficiary of a man's growth.
Ministry taught me what is at stake. Performance coaching taught me how men change. Fatherhood taught me who should benefit first: his family.
